Where can I find answers about truck dispatching? Here is the complete frequently asked questions guide for Bonafide Trucking Solutions. We address dispatcher pricing, compliance paperwork, carrier setups, lanes, contracts, and driver support.
Dispatch Services
A truck dispatch service is a third-party back-office partner for trucking carriers. The dispatcher finds and books freight loads on behalf of the carrier, negotiates rates with brokers, handles broker paperwork (setup, rate confirmations, BOLs), and supports drivers on the road. Bonafide Trucking Solutions is a U.S.-based dispatch company serving owner-operators and fleets nationwide.
Yes. Every carrier is assigned a dedicated dispatch team. This ensures they understand your preferred lanes, equipment capabilities, and home-time requirements to negotiate the best possible freight for your specific business.
No. Bonafide operates on a no-forced-dispatch model. You set your home base, lane preferences, minimum rate per mile, and equipment availability. We present loads; you approve or decline before the rate con is signed.
Bonafide dispatches every major trucking equipment type — dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, lowboy, Conestoga, RGN, power only, hotshot, box truck, straight truck, car hauler, and heavy-haul / oversize.
Bonafide sources loads from the DAT and Truckstop load boards, direct broker relationships, shipper contracts, and private freight networks. We negotiate up from the posted rate using lane history, detention pay, and accessorial pricing.
Billing & Payments
Bonafide charges a flat percentage of gross load revenue — typically 5–10% depending on lane mix, equipment, and fleet size. There are no setup fees, no load-board subscription fees billed to you, and no long-term contracts. You pay only on loads we book.
Yes. Bonafide handles broker carrier setup, vetting and credit-checking brokers, signing rate confirmations, and delivering BOLs to your factoring company or accounts receivable. You drive; we handle the back office.
While we do not factor invoices directly, we partner with industry-leading factoring companies. We can handle all the billing paperwork and submit it directly to your factoring company on your behalf to ensure quick payment.
Driver Support & Compliance
Yes. Bonafide operates a 24/7 dispatch desk including nights, weekends, and holidays. Drivers can reach a live dispatcher by phone or text at any hour for breakdowns, reroutes, or load issues.
Yes. Bonafide dispatches independent motor carriers operating under their own MC and DOT authority. We are not a broker. If you don't have authority yet, we can point you to authority filing services and dispatch you the day your MC activates.
