How is the dispatch fee collected?
We typically invoice you weekly based on the loads that have been successfully delivered and cleared. If you use a factoring company, we can coordinate directly with them to streamline the deduction of our fee before you receive your funds, making the process seamless.
Are there any setup fees or monthly minimums?
No. Bonafide operates strictly on a performance basis. There are zero upfront costs to onboard your fleet, and we do not charge monthly minimums. If your trucks aren't moving, you aren't paying.
What determines if I pay 5% or 10%?
The exact percentage is determined during your initial consultation. It depends on several factors: the size of your fleet (larger fleets often receive volume discounts), the type of equipment you operate (e.g., Dry Van vs. Specialized Flatbed), and the level of back-office support you require beyond standard dispatching.
